ProChem EO Ethylene Oxide Sterilisation Integrators

Raven ProChem EO Integrators provide an integrated response to EO gas sterilisation in hospital sterilisers. ProChem EO strips are intended to be used in EO sterilisers operating with EO gas (88/12 HCFC blend) with gas concentration of 600mg/l at a temperature of 54ºC, and 60% RH for 90 minutes or more. Colour change occurs between 45 and 60 minutes of exposure at conditions stated above.

When used as directed, Raven ProChem EO integrators give visual certification that the necessary physical parameters for sterilisation to occur have been achieved (time, gas, humidity and temperature). Sterilisation conditions have been achieved if the indicator dot turns from purple to brown, matching or exceeding the reference arrow printed on the indicator. Raven ProChem EO equal or exceed the performance of biological indicators at the stated sterilisation parameters.
