CHROMagar E.coli

CHROMagar e.coli for the detection of and (simulatneous) enumeration of E.coli in food samples.

Simply incorporate 1ml of food sample into 10ml of melted CHROMagar E.coli medium, and incubate at 37ºC for 24 hours

Rapid and reliable detrection and enumeration of E.coli. Easily visible colonies thanks to the colouring they have aquired on CHROMagar E.coli:

• E.coli - blue

Results readable under normal lighting.
