CHROMagar Aureole

CHROMagar Aureole for the direct detection and (simultaneous) enimeration of S.aureus in food samples.

Using CHROMagar Aureole coagulase specific system and with procedures identical to those used in classical agar culture methods : simply incubate 1ml of food sample in 10ml of melted CHROMagar Aureole with Baird Parker Base medium and incubate at 37ºC for 24 hours

Rapid and reliable detection of S.aureus. Easily visible colonies thanks to the surrounding white halo they have aquired with CHROMagar Aureole.

Results are readable under normal lighting.
